Jenny led two transformative workshops for our team that focused on the themes of vulnerability, energy management, and building trust. These experiences left a lasting imprint not just on me personally, but on the fabric of our entire team culture. She created a space where each of us felt seen, heard, and safe enough to explore our own growth edges. By encouraging us to step into vulnerability with intention and purpose, Jenny helped us shift the narrative around what strong leadership looks like. She challenged us to examine how we were showing up not just in our work, but in the way we support one another, navigate conflict, and respond under pressure.

 

Her insights on energy management helped us understand that burnout isn’t a badge of honor, and that effective leadership requires care for ourselves as much as for our teams. We began having more honest conversations about boundaries, capacity, and sustainable momentum. And in her work around building trust, Jenny offered concrete strategies that allowed us to strengthen our relationships and deepen collaboration. Trust was no longer assumed it was actively built through consistency, vulnerability, and shared commitment.
